We worked with young children on the estate during the school breaks to create bulb planting designs. Children made plastic and clay models which were then translated into larger designs.

Some of the exciting themes that emerged included butterflies,kites,

a skate boarder and footballer, and abstract circular patterns.

The designs were subsequently planted using 100,000 multi coloured crocus bulbs with help from the Teepee trainees, HAT officers and the ECO posse at different locations around the estate and can be seen in wild

profusion each spring.
