Bushloe High School scheme

We were commissioned by Leicestershire County Council to develop the interior scheme for the new Castle Rock High school.

The overall intention was to create an innovative design that used the curves of the roof line to stimulate the development of the interior spaces in order to create energy and flow. A colour palette was devised which emphasized that Bushloe was exciting place to learn. One of the special features was the construction of an internal stream to symbolize the educative journey as well as feature acoustic banners, stained glass designs including those by John Reyntiens and a large resin floor feature with an integral  timecapsule.
