Loop Scheme
The loop project developed ideas for the canalside scheme in Ladywood by consulting with residents and young people. There were lots of ways to get involved from meeting the artists to listening to podcasts produced by pupils from local schools about the project.
The project was funded by Urban Living and supported by Birmingham City Council Housing Department. Our workshop programme took place throughout January and February 2007 with a final exhibition in mid March 2008. We worked with Barford Primary school, St Patricks RC Primary school, City Road Primary school, Summerfield Primary school and St Johns C of E Primary school.
